About the Role
We are currently recruiting for two permanent part-time and one casual Registered Nurse to join our team at St Paul's in Hahndorf, working AM or PM shifts .
In this rewarding role, you will:
* Deliver holistic, person-centred care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
* Conduct clinical assessments, develop and implement tailored care plans
* Ensure clinical documentation and care practices comply with quality and accreditation standards
* Supervise and mentor care staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
* Liaise with allied health professionals, families, and residents to achieve best care outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 1 year experience in residential aged care
* Strong clinical and assessment skills
* Ability to lead, prioritise, and make sound decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Current National Police Clearance
* Proof of work rights in Australia
* Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccine (recommended)
