This pivotal role partners closely with operational teams, senior leaders and SMEs to streamline processes, implement modern technology and build capability across the business.
* Lead end-to-end system integration and transformation projects across business functions
* Manage IT infrastructure, service delivery and security in a hands-on leadership capacity
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop training content and user documentation
* Run workshops, upskill teams and facilitate technology adoption across the business
* Identify and implement innovative solutions using automation, AI and process improvements
* Build strong stakeholder relationships to align systems with business needs
* Monitor IT performance, lead compliance efforts and report to senior leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
About You
* Seven plus years' experience leading IT systems integration or digital transformation with autonomy
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit and vision with confidence to challenge and shape processes
* Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in ambiguous and dynamic environments
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with practical focus and attention to strategic goals
* Excellent communication style that is straightforward, factual and adaptable to team needs
* Mental stamina to manage multiple disruptions, long hours and evolving priorities without burnout
* Experience coaching teams, creating user-friendly materials and driving sustained adoption
