About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to support the launch and ongoing success of the new store in Carlton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about coaching and developing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the store
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective merchandising, stock management, and customer engagement
- Implement company policies and standards to maintain brand integrity and compliance
- Manage scheduling, rostering, and administrative duties as needed
