About the role:
As the Regional Sales Representative - Fitness (QLD), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Garmin's market presence across QLD, with a strong focus on fitness & cycling products. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll work closely with retailers, dealers and industry partners to grow distribution, execute sales initiatives and strengthen Garmin's brand presence.
You'll travel regularly throughout QLD, representing Garmin in market and building trusted, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow a portfolio of fitness and cycling retailers throughout QLD.
· Build strong, long-term partnerships with store owners, buyers, and staff.
· Execute sales strategies and territory plans that deliver growth and hit revenue targets.
· Support retailers with training, merchandising, and promotional activity to maximise sell through.
· Identify new business opportunities within the fitness and cycling sectors.
· Provide insights from the field to guide marketing and product strategies.
· Represent Garmin at key events, expos, and dealer days as required (occasional weekends).
Essential Criteria:
· At least 3 years' experience in a sales, account management or field representation role, ideally within the fitness, cycling or consumer electronics industry
· Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Commercial mindset with excellent organisation and time management skills
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
· Confidence delivering product training and sales presentations
· A genuine connection to the QLD fitness community whether through running, cycling, or other endurance activities.
· Valid driver's licence, with the ability to travel extensively across QLD.
