You'll own how our brand is:

You will:
* Champion and evolve the brand identity & visual style
* Shape how our caravans are photographed, staged and showcased
* Grow our social and digital presence with purposeful content
* Support offline marketing, trade shows and partnerships
* Turn brand attention into enquiries, engagement and momentum
You'll have guidance when needed — but day-to-day, we'll trust you to lead.

What you'll be doing
* Own and uphold brand presentation & design consistency
* Stage and photograph vans, capture short-form video content
* Manage website listings and product storytelling
* Create content across FB, IG, TikTok & YouTube Shorts
* Track analytics and report useful insights — not fluff
* Support SEO improvements and small-scale Google Ads
* Coordinate artists, designers, printers and signwriters
* Contribute to trade shows, events and campaign execution
This role spans digital + traditional marketing — with real creative say.

Someone who:
* Has proven experience growing brands or social presence
* Brings strong creative judgement and storytelling ability
* Can work independently with minimal supervision
* Loves autonomy and thrives without corporate constraints
* Takes ownership, solves problems and just gets things done
* Is confident with photography (video skills highly valued)

Role structure
* 16–20 hours per week (school-hours friendly)
* Onsite in Rockingham
* Occasional extra hours for trade shows & shoots
* Part-time employment
* Four-week handover + industry training provided
You'll report directly to the Director — not a management ladder.

Compensation
$65–$85 per hour (part-time employee), depending on experience and portfolio
