About the role:
You will work exclusively on established accounts across both contract and permanent opportunities as an extension of our client’s business. Providing an exception candidate experience, your success will be supported with access to multiple sourcing channels including our Job Adder database, SEEK Premium Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights and our leveraging our generous candidate/contractor referral bonus.
The role does not require you to generate or manage new sales or provide account management, you will be purely candidate / delivery focused on sourcing current requirements and talent-pooling for key clients/projects.
About you:
You have a passion for recruitment within the IT / Digital / Technology sector. We are open to whatever background you have gained this experience whether it be as a Resourcer / Candidate Manager / Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager / Talent Acquisition Consultant.
