Key Responsibilities


This role drives strategic direction of common law claims. Key tasks include managing litigation cases,,reporting progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders through legal governance reporting and litigated claims reviews. In addition, you will provide ad-hoc legal advice on a variety of matters.
To effectively manage complex statutory workers' compensationclaims we are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in this area.
