About The Roles
Due to continued growth, including the acquisition of five new businesses in the last 12 months, we have reshaped our People & Culture structure to ensure the highest quality of people management advice and support is provided to the business in a timely manner.
Reporting to the Group Manager, Corporate Services, as one of three Business Partners, you will be responsible for and have autonomy over your own remit, providing end-to-end advice on all people-related matters. You will support stakeholders to navigate operational issues, gaining experience and becoming an integral part of the business. You will also contribute to and proactively implement our People Strategy, playing an influential role in our success.
Day To Day You Will
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to enhance people and leadership capability
* Provide coaching and advice on all people matters including IR/ER, policy, legislation, and related issues
* Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring the right people are in the right roles
* Develop and implement new initiatives, policies, procedures, and processes where required
This role will require intra/interstate travel regularly.

This is a unique opportunity for someone experienced in a similar role or ready to step into a Business Partnering position. You should enjoy a generalist approach and be excited about influencing and coaching leaders across diverse operational HR matters.
You will have a natural ability to establish key stakeholder relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor, organically becoming an extension of the departments you support. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a forward-thinking, innovative approach to problem-solving.
You must be passionate about delivering outstanding service to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and issues are addressed promptly. Responsiveness and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.
