About This Role
You'll play a critical role in enhancing our guests' stay by providing top-notch service and ensuring seamless operations at the front desk as a guest experience expert.
Key Responsibilities
* Front Desk Operations: Handle greeting and registering members and guests, provide local area information, complete department paperwork, and use communication equipment effectively.
* Guest Assistance: Pre-call, greet, welcome guests, provide room escorts, porter service, follow-up courtesy calls, and tourist information/bookings.
* Sales Appointment Generation: Schedule onsite guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay to drive sales growth.
* Performance Targets: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as tour budgets and other essential metrics.
* Tour Generation: Assist in ensuring prospects meet the company's tour qualification specifications.

* Computer literate; previous PMS experience is a plus.
