About The Role
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate
management.
As a CBRE Handyperson, you will perform general maintenance and corrective repair of assets and building systems across our client sites.
What You'll Do
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as requiredAssists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Performs other duties as assignedCompletes HSE reports in a timely and consistent mannerParticipates in and completes all CBRE training and course material within assigned deadlines.
What You'll Need
Previous experience as a Trade Assistant/Handyperson, White Card and driving licence Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads in compliance with the rules defined by the applicable H&S regulation. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Good customer relationship skills.
