The Wollongong office is looking for a customer service administrator to join the team.
**Your new role**

As a customer service administrator, you have a wide range of tasks and functions which assist not only the customers but also the wider organisation.
Some of the key areas are:
Order creation and logistics arrangement:
- Process customer orders in the system.
- Follow up with the plant and 3rd party service provider on the estimated delivery timing.
- Arrange freight booking with the appointed freight forwarding company.
- Ensure correct documentation is issued and provided to the customer.
- Monitor order status and ensure all relevant parties are made aware of potential problems.
Customer service:
- Assist customers' enquiries and feedback related to orders. Coordinate with all related functions to provide an effective solution/feedback to customers' concerns.
- Lead the collaboration with the 3rd party service providers and internal parties to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
- Take sales orders, provide order acknowledgements, and arrange for delivery from warehouses to customers.
- Ensure all shipping management activities for deliverables and supply are provided in a timely manner, working closely.
- Take a proactive approach to Customer Service and undertake outbound calls to a select customer base.
General Admin/Other Duties:
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Filing, upkeep and retrieval of company supply - purchasing documents.
- Participate in and contribute to the effectiveness of the Company's safety activities.
- Assist the team with ADHOC duties
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in customer service & logistics environment.
- Experience in or dealing with the neighbouring functions of Customer Service (Sales/Sales Admin, Supply Chain & Logistics, Production, Finance) is a plus.
- Customer centricity attitude as the role working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of ERP system, especially SAP is a distinct advantage
