The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance.
Some of the F&M operational, compliance & Team Support roles under your purview are:
5. Support the F&M Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance
6. Monitor F&M contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
7. Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
8. Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect F&M policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
9. File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
10. Support team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures
Who we’re looking for

11. Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
12. 3yrs experience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial preferred
13. Basic knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
14. Excellent organisation and administrative skills
15. Basic understanding of key building services, preferably in industrial property
16. Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
17. Cert IV in Trade or Engineering or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
