Civil Construction Manager

As a Civil Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of civil maintenance programs, including paths and kerbs, through contract and performance management of contractors and suppliers.
This role requires a strong understanding of civil construction principles, with a focus on maintaining infrastructure assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Civil Maintenance or similar relevant qualifications, and five years or more experience within the civil construction industry, project and contract management. They will also possess knowledge and expertise in the tender, contract management, and administration processes, as well as budget planning and delivery.
