* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review end-of-month financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Process tax returns (GST, FBT, Income) in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist with transfer pricing analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Support the internal audit, statutory audit, and stock take processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Act as a business partner with key stakeholders, providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
* Perform detailed analysis of the general ledger to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
* Manage risk and compliance by identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
What You'll Need:
* A business degree with a major in accounting or a related field.
* Membership of CA/CPA or ambition to work towards professional certification.
* Good understanding of tax laws and regulations, including GST, FBT, and Income Tax.
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a blue-collar industry.
* Proficiency in SAP or a similar large-scale ERP system.
