Senior Software Developer
to join the WorkingMouse team and play a key role in shaping high-quality solutions while supporting and mentoring others.

What does this role look like?
* Provide technical leadership and guidance across projects, ensuring best practices, quality, and consistency
* Partner with clients to understand business needs and define clear requirements and acceptance criteria
* Translate requirements into robust functional and technical designs, guiding implementation through to delivery
* Mentor and support developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
* Maintain high-quality system documentation across the full solution lifecycle
* Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of systems and data
* Contribute to solution architecture discussions and collaborate closely with solution architects.

We'd be thrilled if you have:
* 5+ years' experience in software development with demonstrated senior-level impact
* Previous experience in a senior or technical lead role
* Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React (TypeScript) and proficiency in C#
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to engage in constructive technical debate and decision-making
* Well-developed knowledge of DevOps and Model-Driven Development concepts
Note: you do not need to have all the above requirements – we'd train you up even if you have half of the above-mentioned requirements.
