Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This is a Senior Technical Role. This role is for a highly capable technical operator who understands modern software engineering, AI-assisted development, and commercial product delivery. This is not a traditional support, administration, or low-output technical role.
We are looking for someone who can command AI coding tools, architect effective prompts, guide AI agents to produce production-ready code, and significantly accelerate engineering outcomes across our .NET and Azure ecosystem. Your focus will be less on manual coding and more on prompt design, AI workflow orchestration, technical review, architecture, and ensuring engineering velocity at new speeds. If you are looking for a slow-paced environment, highly repetitive work, or heavily supervised task execution, this role will not be the right fit.
We're Looking For Someone Who
* Has strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure
* Understands software architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and full product delivery lifecycles
* Has experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms for technical delivery
* Can engineer highly effective prompts and workflows that produce reliable, scalable code outputs
* Can review, refine, validate, and strategically guide AI-generated code
* Thrives in a high-autonomy environment with clear accountability for outcomes
* Communicates clearly and professionally with both technical teams and business stakeholders
* Work directly on meaningful commercial SaaS and FinTech platforms
* Drive real technical acceleration, not theory
