Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Global Product Development Lead to advance a molecularly targeted radiation therapy through early-phase clinical trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and executing the drug development plan, leading a cross-functional team, and requiring a strong understanding of oncology drug development.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate within a cross-functional team to create/manage a Target Product Profile and Product Development plan for targeted therapy or patient selection imaging agent.
* Lead teams to achieve clinical development milestones within project timelines and budgets.
* Serve as the primary contact for the program, ensuring effective communication internally and externally.
* Oversee project management practices through a Project Manager.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of product positioning and target profile.
* Track progress against development plans, notify of delays or changes.
* Manage program budget, coordinate with Finance and project managers for accurate record-keeping.
* Assess development risks with senior management and develop mitigation plans.
* Conduct regular reviews of project status, scope, timelines, and budget.
* Keep team members and executives informed of progress, costs, and risks.
* Support project managers in preparing reports for stakeholders.
* Contribute to the definition and achievement of corporate objectives.
* Maintain current scientific, clinical, and commercial knowledge relevant to the program.
* Represent the program at internal and external meetings.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in science or life sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
* 7+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with direct experience in drug development, preferably in oncology.
* 1+ years in project and budget management.
* Understanding of regulatory environments in US, EU, and APAC.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams is strongly preferred.
