About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced full-time Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Subiaco, Perth. This role will focus on delivering high-quality design across branding, digital, print and web projects, while mentoring and supporting junior designers and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality visual design across branding, digital, print and web platforms that effectively communicates client and stakeholder messaging.
* Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives and client expectations.
* Maintain a consistently high standard of design excellence, visual consistency and attention to detail across all projects.
* Successfully manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality outcomes.
* Support and mentor junior designers to build capability, confidence and professional development within the design team.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of design standards and best practice across the team.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
* Work effectively with internal teams including marketing, development and account management to deliver integrated creative solutions.
* Translate project briefs into impactful creative solutions that achieve business and client objectives.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the design process.
* Remain informed of industry trends, emerging technologies and evolving design practices.
* Contribute to improving design processes and creative workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality across the team.
About You You are a confident and creative design professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in producing exceptional work.
To succeed, you will need:
* 4 + Years of proven experience in a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer role.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
* Experience using Figma.
* Strong experience delivering work across digital, print, branding and web projects.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
* The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* A passion for mentoring and developing junior designers.
* Bonus points if you have experience with photography and photo editing skills.
