Our Early Phase Unit delivers clinical trials across various therapeutic areas from our purpose‐built facility in Joondalup and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and are now looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join the team on a full‐time basis.
Your Role in Our Future
Reporting to the Senior Clinical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of early‐phase clinical trials as you provide management and expertise to deliver multiple projects in line with Linear's sponsor's and regulatory requirements according to time/program and budget. In this highly collaborative role, not only will you work with a wide range of internal stakeholders across various teams, but you will also act as the principal contact for each client, sponsor and CRO for the life cycle of each assigned study, managing high level communications among internal and vendor stakeholders.
A full list of responsibilities can be found in the job description however some of your duties will include but not be limited to;
* Monitor study costs, expenditure and cash flow against project budget and forecasts; ensuring variations to budget are identified and corrective actions implemented to ensure studies remain on schedule and budget.
* Ensuring resourcing needs are monitored and tracked across all assigned studies and contingency plans are developed and executed to ensure minimal disruption to study program.
* Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities by providing expertise and advice on the development of proposals.
* Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships ensuring vendor relationships are maintained and performance is monitored against the study schedule.
Your Experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing developed project planning and coordination abilities. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are delivered.
Your application must also be able to demonstrate the following;
* Tertiary qualification in a related science or health science field.
* Previous experience in successfully coordinating clinical trial, health or research studies is desirable but highly regarded.
* Demonstrate a high level of professionalism to establish and maintain both internal and external relationships or partnerships.
* Excellent organisational skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure, set priorities and meet competing deadlines.
