Our client is delivering a major, multi-year transformation program to modernise enterprise systems, simplify processes and uplift data capability. Underpinned by Oracle Fusion Cloud, this initiative will streamline operations and enhance how people, finance and digital services connect across the organisation.
As Program Manager - HR/Payroll, you'll lead the delivery of HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Scheduling solutions within this flagship program.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of the program, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning and Workforce Planning.
* Act as the senior P&C voice across the program, influencing key design, sequencing and risk decisions.
* Manage relationships with technology partners and systems integrators to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
* Partner with stakeholders and change teams to drive engagement, adoption and business readiness.
* Define and track program benefits to ensure business value is achieved and sustained.
About You
* Proven success leading large-scale ERP or HR/Payroll transformations, ideally in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
* 10+ years in senior program or transformation roles with executive-level engagement.
* Strong understanding of ERP HCM design and delivery across HR, Payroll, Rostering and Workforce Management.
* Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment.
