We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for our assigned commercial real estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading organisation whilst ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and maximising occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and net operating income.
Your initial focus will include budget preparation, tenant onboarding, lease administration, financial management, and reporting, ensuring best-in-class processes are implemented from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Day to day management of the portfolio.
* Maintain tenancy schedules and ensure compliance with lease terms.
* Liaise with tenants on lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations.
* Oversee insurance, statutory assessments, and risk management.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property management.
* Strong knowledge of leases, deal analysis, negotiations, and financial management.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
