Job Description
As our People and Culture Manager, you will support Executives and Senior Leaders in establishing a culture built around community, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
About the Role
You will be a member of the Senior Leadership team, reporting to the CEO, and provide strategic advice on employee matters to managers across the team and the wider business.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee advisory, recruitment, work health and safety, and learning and development functions of the People and Culture team.
* Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and supporting resources to meet organisational objectives and comply with legislation.
* Manage strategy development and delivery for the People and Culture function.
* Align the culture of the business with company values and the CEO's vision.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 5+ years of experience in Business Management, Operations, or Human Resources.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business (Human Resource Management).
* A strong work ethic and advanced problem-solving skills.
* Strong project management, scheduling, analytics, time management, strategic planning, and interdepartmental communication skills.
* Experience in Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations, and exposure to safety is preferred.
* Broad business operational exposure to assist with change management.
* Exposure to policy development and implementation with a broad understanding of best practice and legislative requirements.
* Experience with HRIS and WHS systems implementation and management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in a multi-site organisation with 500+ employees is preferred.
