Key Responsibilities

* Onboarding & Support: You will provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new team members, including delivery of comprehensive training sessions and ongoing technical assistance.
* Systems & Reporting: Utilize your analytical skills to resolve technical issues, assist with software testing and deployment, and maintain data dashboards and reports.
* Compliance & WHS: Ensure compliance through external systems, complete hub audits to uphold health and safety standards, and update insurance and lease records.
* Project Coordination: Assist in preparing new sites for go-live, including setting up infrastructure and enabling system access.
* Procurement & Asset Management: Organize staff equipment, facilitate repairs or replacements, and coordinate purchasing in line with financial and compliance requirements.
