We are an ongoing and growing construction company looking for a motivated and competent office/administrative assistant to support our busy office.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow within the business and stay long-term with us.
Your role will be varied and will include the following:
* Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person.
* Someone who can adapt to dealing with a pressured environment and multi-tasking duties.
* Take incoming calls and make calls.
* Problem solving skills and great attitude which also has a 'can do' approach to work on their duties.
* Chase up quotations.
* Organise meetings.
* Placing orders from suppliers.
* Maintaining employee records.
* Tracking employee KPIS.
* Data entry.
* Assisting accounts payable and receivable.
* Support to operations manager.
* Electronic and manual filing.
* Manage inventory.
This role demands meticulous organization, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide regular task updates to the supervisor. While prior experience is advantageous, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are very welcome.
This position is office-based, full-time from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm, with regular and paid overtime hours.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
