Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking experienced Administration Officers to provide high-level administrative support within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. This role requires someone who can deliver exceptional service, demonstrate initiative, and manage competing priorities with professionalism. 
Key responsibilities include: 
- Providing advanced administrative services including records management, financial transactions, reporting and correspondence.
- Delivering accurate and timely customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertaking research, analysis, and preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Coordinating workflow, supervising support staff, and providing on-the-job training when required.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety obligations.
About you: 
- Significant experience in providing administrative support in a professional environment.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Highly organised with proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a range of business systems.
- Certificate III in Business Administration/Local Government (or equivalent experience).
- A current C class driver’s licence.
Desirable: 
- Ability to hold or obtain Commissioner of Declarations or Justice of the Peace.
