About the Role
In this role, you will:
* Convert warm leads from our marketing campaigns in a short 1–3 meeting sales cycle.
* Conducting discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and business objectives, and then working with the team on crafting a strategy.
* Presenting tailored digital marketing strategies, highlighting areas for improvement and how our suite of services can achieve success.
* Develop referral partner relationships to generate new leads and opportunities.
* Run an outbound sales process: prospecting, qualifying, and setting up opportunities with new potential clients.
* Expand existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to extend or enhance their solutions.
* Use tools like HubSpot (CRM), Slack (internal communication), and other modern sales technology to manage your pipeline and performance.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or account management role (tech/SaaS/marketing sales experience is a plus but not required).
* Comfortable running a full sales cycle: from initial contact to close.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously.
* Highly self‐motivated and organised.
* Experience with HubSpot CRM and Slack (or similar tools) is highly desirable.
* An ability to understand and interpret new technology.
* You have a solid understanding of how SEO, Google Ads and Social Media marketing works.
* The ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries—building strong relationships is crucial to this role.
