Senior Risk Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced risk professional to lead the development and execution of a robust risk management framework. This is a high-impact contract role with visibility across the organisation.
The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of superannuation risk landscapes, with the ability to lead risk initiatives and engage effectively with senior business stakeholders.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive risk management strategy aligned with organisational goals.
* Provide oversight and guidance on enterprise and operational risk activities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Support the Risk Committee with reporting, insights, and risk assessments.
* Manage risk registers, key risk indicators (KRIs), and control assurance processes.
* Lead incident and breach management, including investigations and reporting.
* Provide risk advice to business units on key projects, changes, and strategic initiatives.
About You
* Extensive experience in risk management within superannuation or financial services.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and fiduciary obligations.
* Skilled in enterprise and operational risk, incident management, and controls testing.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executive leadership.
* Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
