Job Responsibilities
* Make daily outbound calls as per the assigned customer list.
* Present and explain Wing Bank's products and services clearly and persuasively to customers.
* Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or internal databases.
* Provide excellent customer service, handle objections effectively, and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
* Accurately record customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales results in the CRM system.
* Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve call performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
* 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
* Willing to learn and stay updated on banking products, promotions, and campaigns.
