This role will see you:
* Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, workforce performance and team effectiveness.
* Provide practical employee and industrial relations advice across a range of workplace matters.
* Coach leaders through performance management, investigations, grievances and workplace challenges.
* Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and organisational capability initiatives.
* Contribute to organisational change, workforce transition and business growth projects.
* Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
* Champion continuous improvement across people processes, systems and employee experience initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and pragmatic HR professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and working closely with operational leaders.
Essential Experience & Capability
* Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
* Experience supporting operational leaders within industrial, construction, mining, engineering, manufacturing, logistics or other project-based environments.
* Strong employee and industrial relations capability, including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management and workplace conflict resolution.
* Experience implementing people strategies, workforce initiatives and organisational change programs.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, enterprise agreements and modern awards.
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business or a related discipline.
