In this pivotal role, you will coordinate clinical and physical resources, provide direct client care, and serve as a key escalation point for clinical challenges. You will also collaborate closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve service delivery goals and uphold our commitment to excellence.

What we're looking for
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum five years post‐graduate nursing experience with demonstrated clinical leadership and resource coordination.
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and make innovative decisions to support quality client care.
* Skilled in mentoring staff and supporting professional development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‐solving skills.
* Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic, changing environments.
The role
* Lead and support a dedicated clinical team, fostering growth, competence, and emotional wellbeing.
* Coordinate resources to deliver person‐centred, evidence‐based care that meets client needs.
* Deliver hands‐on clinical care and resolve complex issues with confidence and compassion.
* Act as a key escalation point for nurses managing client deterioration and other clinical challenges.
* Drive communication through team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and documentation excellence.
* Support onboarding, mentoring, and student placements to build a strong, future‐ready workforce.
