We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our high-performing team at Rockingham Toyota. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a respected dealership within one of Western Australia's most recognised automotive groups.
What the role entails:
Overseeing all dealership departments to deliver sustained profitability and outstanding guest experience
Driving continuous improvement in customer service, operational excellence and staff engagement
Implementing effective financial management and KPI reporting across Sales, Service, Parts and Administration
Leading, mentoring and developing department managers to achieve business objectives
Maintaining compliance with manufacturer and statutory requirements
Representing the dealership with integrity and professionalism in all community and manufacturer relations
What we are looking for:
Proven success in a General Manager, Dealer Principal or senior leadership role within the automotive industry
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and act on financial performance data
Demonstrated capability to lead teams, build culture and deliver high performance outcomes
Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
Toyota experience and understanding of Toyota operational standards (highly favourable)
Current WA Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights
