Volunteering Involvement
Volunteering even a small amount of time makes life brighter for both you and our residents. There are several ways you can volunteer at CraigCare:
* Activity Buddy – Participate in home activities such as Men's Shed, walking groups, board games, knitting groups, reading, reminiscence chats, gardening, baking, or playing a musical instrument.
* 1:1 Buddy – Offer a regular chat and a cuppa with a resident.
* Spiritual Support Buddy – Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents and their families.
* Weekly Outing Bus Driver – Drive residents to local community destinations and enjoy community sites and activities together.
Essential Requirements
* NDIS for volunteers (or willingness to obtain)
* RAT prior to entry into our home
How to Apply
Please submit a cover letter with your application. In the cover letter, briefly introduce yourself, outline your interest in volunteering with us, and specify your preferred location for volunteering:
