What you'll do
* Partner with senior leaders to co-create solutions and deliver strategic change
* Help to lead workshops, shape strategies, and bring plans to life
* Build trusted relationships and deliver with excellence
* Bring your unique perspectives to a team that genuinely values it (and you).
Who you are
* 3–8 years' consulting or change management experience
* Great with data, navigating ambiguity, and building trust
* Clear communicator, credible and authentic
* Experienced in enterprise-wide transformation or tech change
* Degree-qualified in business, commerce, HR or similar.
* Up to $35K in bonuses + sales commission
