We currently have an opportunity for a Data Analyst in ACT to work on projects within a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
The Data Analyst enables data‐driven decision‐making by transforming complex, structured and unstructured data into clear, actionable insights. You will deliver end‐to‐end analysis, apply robust statistical and analytical techniques, and communicate findings to inform operational, tactical and strategic outcomes.
* Analyse data end‐to‐end to extract insights for SPO reporting, ensuring data quality, integrity and fit‐for‐purpose use.
* Develop and apply analytical and data science techniques to model, predict and evaluate trends and outcomes in product data.
* Visualise and communicate insights through clear narratives, dashboards and reports to support decision‐making, incorporating best practice across SPO's and customising to leadership requirements.
* Deliver business intelligence products that meet stakeholder needs and contribute to improved analytics practices and standards across SPO functions.
What You'll Bring
* Strong capabilities across analytics, data science, machine learning and business intelligence.
* Experience with end‐to‐end analysis of structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
* Predictive modelling and data science methods to improve model performance and generate business value.
* Design and delivery of clear, engaging visual outputs and narratives that support decision‐making.
* Development of reports and dashboards with accurate data aligned to stakeholder needs.
* Building, training and maintaining models and data structures to support scalable, reliable solutions.
* Current AGSVA Security clearance; compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) may also be required.
