What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Internal Sales Team, you will:
* Provide customer service and product support (face-to-face, phone, and email)
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Assist with counter sales and general enquiries
* Support customers with technical product advice (training provided)
* Help with picking and packing orders
* Work closely with your team to achieve branch targets
You'll be reporting directly to the Branch Manager and supported by an experienced national network.

We're seeking someone who is:
* Friendly, confident and customer-focused
* Eager to learn and build a career in sales
* A strong communicator (verbal and written)
* Organised and able to multitask
* Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* A team player who's willing to roll up their sleeves
Bonus (but not essential)
* Mechanical aptitude
* Interest or knowledge in bearings, power transmission, or industrial products
* Experience in sales or customer service
