Ensure Public Safety as a Traffic Control Supervisor.
Assume leadership roles in traffic management teams, overseeing the setup and removal of temporary traffic control schemes and signage.
Direct traffic flow using stop-slow signs and other traffic control devices in all weather conditions, coordinating with road traffic personnel, construction workers, and emergency response teams.
Conduct site checks to monitor traffic behavior and ensure public safety, taking instructions from site-based crew leaders and team members.
Manage and coordinate co-workers to ensure the safe management of work zones and/or events for clients.
Hours may vary, but this role offers flexibility with opportunities for 5-day roster shifts and full-time hours.
Required skills include valid traffic control tickets, a construction license, and a NSW driver's license. A strong work ethic, aligned values, and ability to stand for long periods are also essential.
