About The Role
As an Experienced High Volume Barista at Stellarossa Mount Pleasant, you will play a key role in delivering premium coffee and outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced shopping centre environment.
You Will Be
Producing high volume, high-quality coffee with speed and consistency
Dialling in grinders to the Stellarossa espresso recipe
Preparing cold beverages and supporting general café operations
Interacting with guests, taking orders, and providing friendly, efficient service
Supporting your team during busy service periods
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident behind the machine who can handle peak periods with energy and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a high volume barista in a fast-paced café
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Weekend availability is essential
Positive, engaging and vibrant personality
