The Role
Anglicare are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a 6 month contract to assist with a Human Resources Ecosystem project. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with key project stakeholders to support the business in ensuring successful project execution.
How you will make help us make a difference
Engage stakeholders and apply a structured approach for the collection, documentation and analysis of business needs and desired outcomesElicit and document requirements by reviewing existing documentation and running requirements gathering workshopsFacilitate business process improvement workshopsDocument information and procedures utilising Business Process Modelling (BPMN) techniquesUndertake business process analysis and redesign in collaboration with the business through the review and amendment of existing As-Is / To-Be business processes and workflowsWork with the business to review and amend existing procedure manuals and guidesPerform gap analysis & impact assessmentsAssist in writing project artefacts such as business case, scoping documents, user stories and test scenarios etc.What our team are looking for
Current National Police Certificate (or ability to attain if successful).Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or significant experience within these fields.Experience with HR Ecosystems (HCM, Payroll or Workforce Management) is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in the fields of: stakeholder management and liaison, business process review and improvement, requirements definition, business case development, and vendor managementStrong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirementsAbility to extract various needs of project stakeholders to formulate a single, consistent visionAbility to work autonomously, develops realistic plans for achieving goals and monitors and reports on progress effectivelyWhy you'll love working with Anglicare Southern Queensland
