We are hiring for a progressive new IVF clinic bringing fresh thinking, advanced technology, and a deep commitment to equitable access to reproductive services in the Gold Coast region.
We are seeking an experienced Fertility Nurse Manager with a strong track record in IVF to lead a passionate nursing team and ensure exceptional standards of patient care.

In this pivotal role, you will:
* Lead, mentor, and develop our team of fertility nurses and support staff.
* Oversee all aspects of nursing care within our IVF programs, ensuring best-practice standards.
* Work closely with medical specialists and embryology teams to deliver personalised treatment plans.
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient experience excellence.
* Contribute to the development of clinic protocols, policies, and operational workflows.
About you:
* Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with significant experience in an IVF or fertility clinic setting.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
* Strong clinical knowledge of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
* Passionate about equitable care and creating inclusive patient experiences.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
