Key Responsibilities
The role of an Engine Shop Manager is to lead and manage a team responsible for the production, maintenance, and administration of engine operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted in a manner that meets relevant safety and regulatory requirements, and that compliance to relevant regulations and legislative requirements is maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Prior management experience in a gas turbine engine MRO environment
* Machining and general engineering knowledge
* A minimum of five years' experience in a management/leadership role within a maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing environment
* Broad knowledge of and experience in management practices involved with heavily regulated working environments/industries
* Demonstrated financial management experience in a senior role with an engineering, maintenance or manufacturing enterprise
* Ability to lead, communicate, organise and administer teams of multi-skilled personnel
* Exceptional organisational, planning and change management skills
* Broad knowledge of and experience in logistics and material management practices
