Fremantle Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services. We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team, where excellence in patient care meets professional growth. As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across diverse clinical settings. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of healthcare. The successful applicant shall be part of a multidisciplinary team that facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

Eligibility and Requirements
Eligibility to be eligible for appointment varies by appointment type: a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or being an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holding a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments). WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility and requires criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. Referees may be asked to comment on integrity and past ethical behaviour.
