About Us

Our client is an innovative tech start-up with employees spread across Australia and the Philippines, focused on providing technology solutions primarily to mitigate client risk. They are transitioning from a start-up to a scale-up and have ambitious growth targets for the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, maintain, and enhance the client'ssoftware applications with high-quality and security standards.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack.
* Develop server-side applications using C# and .NET Core.
* Design and manage databases, including query optimization and migrations.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and infrastructure (Docker, IaC).
* Conduct thorough testing (manual and automated) including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly in production and development environments.
* Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members for requirements gathering and technical feasibility discussions.
* Contribute to code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining coding best practices.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architectures.
* Ensure application security, scalability, and performance throughout the development lifecycle.
* Take ownership of DevOps tasks such as monitoring, logging, and incident response.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working with C#, .NET Core, React, and SQL Server.
* Proficient in back-end development using C# and .NET Core.
* Experience in designing and optimizing relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
* Hands-on experience in writing unit and automated tests.
* Good understanding of software security principles and secure coding practices.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and collaborative tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
* Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
* Background in DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
