Drive business growth and innovation within the ANZ Federal Sales District. Foster collaboration across functions to develop and execute market strategies, meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performance team, providing coaching and guidance to optimize performance.
* Develop and oversee talent development initiatives for the team.
* Establish and track performance goals in partnership with Sales Leadership.
* Promote NetApp's innovative solutions and products to customers and partners.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, informing Sales Leadership and Product Management.
* Participate in sales campaigns and contribute to strategic planning sessions with the Sales Management team.
* Accountable for retention of key talent, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
* Inform senior management of critical issues impacting expected business outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1-5 years as a people manager.
* Based in Canberra, with understanding of the ANZ Federal sector.
* Australian citizenship and security clearance (NV1 and above preferred).
* Experience demonstrating expertise in technical specifications required to sell NetApp products and services.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with employees across functions.
