Your role will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while delivering friendly, professional service to residents, families, staff, and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Facility Manager and teamAnswer calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiriesMaintain accurate records and resident documentationAssist with rostering, data entry, and compliance reportingSupport staff onboarding and HR administrationManage office supplies and maintain efficient systemsWhat We Are Looking ForProven administration experience, ideally in aged care, health, or community servicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systemsWarm, professional, and respectful approach with strong customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and empathy when working with residents and familiesRequirementsPrevious administration experience requiredMinimum Certificate of Education or equivalentCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Working rights in AustraliaTech savvy, with the ability to learn systems such as AlayaCare and 3CXWhy Join Respect Aged Care?
