Early Childhood Development Specialist
This is a full-time ongoing position that offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting quality early childhood programs within local communities.
* Provide expert support to early childhood stakeholders, including providers, local governments, kindergartens, long day care centres, and families, particularly around departmental funding and policy reforms.
* Lead and support the implementation of various early childhood initiatives, such as preschool support programs, early start kindergarten, and access to early learning.
* Collaborate with the broader early childhood improvement branch to meet shared objectives and support team members, including performance advisors and funding specialists.
* Build partnerships with service providers while developing capacity in the sector to deliver quality programs for vulnerable children and families.
