Responsibilities
Provide and lead consultancy services, engineering services, technical input and direction in design in the ANZ region.
Collaborate with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects; support team development and growth, and build design capability.
Lead interface with GID delivery centres to improve delivery capability and meet targets.
Deliver technically excellent designs and consultancy services.
Drive business development; be responsible for work winning, identifying opportunities and supporting opportunity wins.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to key Jacobs clients and represent the team at thought leadership events.
Collaborate with the Jacobs client management team to identify emerging opportunities; manage projects in PM and DPE roles to deliver cost, on-time performance and client satisfaction.
Provide design management on projects; maintain compliance with Jacobs QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process.
Facilitate the technical development of junior resources; promote knowledge sharing and coaching within a high-performing team; promote safety culture with the organisation and clients.
Support your Performance Unit (PU) to thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography collaboration to maximise the benefit of global delivery.
