Key leadership role within a progressive, high-performing livestock enterprise
Lead people, operations, and strategy with a hands‑on, values‑driven approach.
Lead with purpose and grow with pride. Is this your next big move?
In the heart of Western Victoria's grazing country lies a rare chance to lead one of the state's progressive, people-focused livestock enterprises. At Wando Estate, great farming is driven not just by productivity, but by strong teamwork, shared values and a commitment to continuous improvement. If you thrive on purpose, people and high performance, this is a role where your impact will be felt every day. It's more than a management role, it's a career-defining chance to shape an 8,000-acre grazing operation (running 1,600 Angus breeding cows and 8,500 Merino ewes) that's striving to be in the top 20% of benchmarked farms across Australia.
So, if you're up for the chance to leave your mark on a modern, forward-thinking farm, Wando Estate is ready to meet you
