With the project six months underway, we have 2 positions available for a Site Supervisor & Site Manager to join a hands-on team.
This 3-story Health Center at structural stage (Level 2), and we're seeking professionals who have delivered health or commercial construction projects before.This short-term contract offers competitive day rates and the chance to lead a high-profile project—with potential for future work with Core Talent and similar clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage on-site operations during structural works
Supervise subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain compliance with safety and site standards
Coordinate resources and schedules to meet project milestones
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of concrete and structural works
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Availability from February
