Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to maintain accurate employee files and records, ensuring seamless delivery of HR processes while upholding our values and standards.
* Process HR-related invoices in line with budget controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Provide recruitment administration support to the Senior HR Advisor, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes for graduates, cadetships, and vacation programs, promoting talent acquisition and development.
* Organise corporate HR inductions, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
* Support HR audits by providing information and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Support HR training programs by coordinating logistics and maintaining training records, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
* Coordinate HR-led events, including International Women's Day, R U OK? Day, and the HR Forum, promoting diversity and well-being.
* Participate in HCM meetings, providing feedback on system functionality, driving continuous improvement.
* Contribute to ad hoc HR and business projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
