Responsibilities
* Administer the head contract and subcontract agreements across bespoke, architect-designed residential projects, including tender packages, detailed scopes of work, BIF Act claims and responses, document control, final certification, project handover, and defects completion.
* Manage all financial aspects of high-end multi residential builds, including cost reporting, budgeting, forecasting, progress claims, and client variations, ensuring rigorous cost control while protecting design intent and build quality.
* Maintenance of the head contract agreement, tender packages, claims and responses, subcontract agreements, final certification, project handover and defects completion.
